You can order bicycle bags and bags from us according to your own taste in terms of color scheme and designs through the online design module. Here is a brief explanation of the steps to be followed.
Go to the panniers tab and click on CUSTOMIZE YOURSELF on the drop-down menu.
Here you can choose from the different models of trendy bicycle bags and bags that we offer. When you have made your choice, click on the icon of the relevant bicycle bag or bag.
Then you walk through the menu step by step and click on the colors and/or prints you want.
With every step you will see your bicycle bag or bag change with the motifs and/or colors you have selected.
If you have chosen the bicycle bag or bag according to your wishes, you can place the order definitively. You must therefore agree with the general terms and conditions, which can also be read on the website under "delivery conditions". A self-assembled bag can only be returned in mutual consultation and after approval from Du Baj.

When you have completed your orders, you can click on the shopping cart at the top right. After this you will enter your shopping cart and you can proceed to the final placing of your order.
All mentioned prices on the website are incl. 21% VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. For quotes for items not listed on the site, please contact us. For this we refer you to our contact button and/or customer service.
Your orders for bicycle bags and so on through our order system must be paid in advance via MOLLIE (IDEAL, TRANSFER, BANCONTACT & PAYPAL). Only then is your order definitively placed with us. If your payment is not successful, you can assume that your order will not be placed with us. For all other orders, the conditions that you have agreed with one of our employees apply. Normally, a payment is agreed in advance and the shipment will not be sent until it is actually received. However, in a special situation, for example, fast delivery can be deviated from and invoicing afterwards can be chosen.

These are also visible with your order. You must tick to which country it should be sent. The correct shipping costs will then be automatically allocated to your order.
The delivery time for your ordered bicycle bags via our design module is a maximum of 10 working days. In the unlikely event that this is deviated from, you will receive a timely notification. If you need something earlier for a certain date, let us know and we will inform you about the possibilities. For all other articles a delivery time of a maximum of 3 working days applies.
For complaints and/or comments, please contact our helpdesk on telephone number 06 24 56 66 26. One of our employees will be happy to speak to you between 10:00 and 16:00 on Monday to Friday, to see whether your complaint and/or comment is an appropriate solution. WARRANTY & SERVICE
The standard manufacturer's warranty on our own bicycle bags and bags from our workshop is 30 days. With normal use of the items, they usually last for years!

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our general terms and conditions of sale that apply to delivery to consumers via the internet can be downloaded and read at the bottom of the website under the heading customer service and SALES CONDITIONS. If you as a consumer place an order, you agree to these conditions. You must also tick this when completing your order.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a bicycle bag, bag or other item, you must complete and sign the return form with your return shipment. You can find this form at the bottom of our website under the heading customer service and then under RETOURNEREN.
The shipping costs of a return are for your account. If it turns out that the reason for returning your product is due to a production error on our part, the shipping costs incurred by you will be reimbursed to you.
